This 60-minute stretching and mobility class is meant to help clients understand how they can stretch for strength. Beautiful muscles are made from stretching. FLEX’T™ will help your clients unlock their fascia to facilitate freedom of movement. In this class, breath is married with dynamic stretching to open the body, improve mobility and reduce pain in movement.
